Naomi Heidorn

Naomi is the founder and executive director of Los Rayos de Esperanza (LRdE).  Prior to founding LRdE, Naomi worked in the field of education for over 25 years.  She was a school teacher, a guidance counselor, and a principal. She founded and directed four private schools in the states.

Naomi is happily married to Steve who supports this ministry in many ways.  Together they raised three children who are now all adults, have graduated from college, are married and are now all working and raising their families.  Naomi’s pride and joy are her six grandchildren whom she adores.

Visionary and hard-working pioneer are the words most often used to describe Naomi.  She is passionate about God, her family, missions and education. When Naomi is not serving at Los Rayos or spending time with her family, you will probably find her designing and decorating - her other two passions.
